燃尽模板指令
燃尽模板生成一个项目燃尽图，其中报告完成Sprint所需的时间或工作量，这是必须完成特定工作的一段时间。也就是说，一个x轴为时间，y轴为故事点数量的图表，总结了实际进度与计划进度的比较。
在这个模板中，Sprint团队确定这个Sprint 1预计需要15天，由10个特性和2个bug组成。故事点是在Sprint期间完成一个特性所需的复杂性和工作量的抽象度量。我们为故事点使用的尺度相当于斐波那契数列中的数字(2,3,5,8,13,20,40)，更高的故事点被分配给更困难的特征。团队已经确定必须完成85个故事点才能使Sprint成功结束。
Sprint 1是一个完成的Sprint。当sprint正在进行时，实际的故事点只显示已经完成的那几天。每天，sprint团队都要对必须完成的工作进行评估，并将这些评估记录在模板中。由此，可以计算团队的“实际工作量”，并可以估计何时可以完成冲刺。
在Smartsheet Labs中创建燃尽图
1.保存Smartsheet模板
2.登录https://smartsheetlabs.com/smartsheetcharts点击“添加新”

3.在左侧栏中，只选择“Planned Effort”和“Actual Effort”
4.向右滚动，然后单击

Ok. I just had someone else earlier this week have the same issue. Even after converting all of the IDs to text it still wasn't working. Lets try converting everything on the source sheet to numbers. Take that LEFT formula you have that strips the ID out and wrap it in a VALUE function.<\/p>
