I have created a WorkApp with multiple sheets and reports and from my pov I have the option to toggle between the views Grid, Gantt, Card, and Calendar but I shared it with my team and they are ONLY able to view it from the "default" view setting that I set for that specific sheet/report. Theirs doesn't even have a drop down option for view on it. See attached. I have shared the sheet with them all as "admin" and have the Roles set as editor. Please help so they can be able to toggle between card and grid view and make my life easier.
You are correct: currently in Workapps the owner creating the Workapp can define the View in the Page Settings, but this does not allow collaborators to change the view. The published Workapp will stay on the default View that was selected and there isn't a way to toggle between views.
You could either createmultiple pageswith your different views displayed (if you need them to edit content) orpublish the sheetand add it as a Web Content page (view only).

The individual URLs will not change.
