呼叫@ someone in comments, NOT have to share to sheet with them

As we all know you can Request an update with someone that is not shared to a sheet.

We would like to Call someone out in the conversation so the person gets the email notification and can replay without getting full access to the sheet. This will keep all conversations in Smartsheet and it is much faster to collaborate when looking for an update.

You could also add a button to send a comment as a request an update but also keep it tracked in the comments.

As we roll out more and more with our Control Center solution this has become more of a need than a want. People understand conversations much better than Request an update. Maybe just share the Primary Column with the user via email with the Call out.

Fully support this as well. We use Smartsheet as a ticketing system and I want our techs to interact with our customers but do not want our customers able to access our ticket sheet.
