Resource Management // availability is not shown properly
Hi Everyone,
maybe someone here in the community can help!
Today, I noticed that the availability is not shown properly meaning that the bar displaying the availability is starting in October and not according to the availability I configured for individuals by setting start and end date of work. This used to work and i cannot find the cause of this issue.
Any help is appreciated!

I'm unable to see what may be causing the allocation to disappear just from these screen captures. It sounds like this is an issue that would be best troubleshooted with Support through theSupport Portal, where you can provide full screen captures of all the settings, along with the test resource email and any other sensitive details that may be relevant.

It sounds like the sheet you're working in is a Project Sheet that has Resource Management connected<\/a> to it, and you're using the Resource Management Panel<\/strong><\/a> in Smartsheet to sync your data. This integration will use the Resource Management API to connect the two systems. <\/p>
