Good day,
We have an enterprise plan with Smartsheet.
Today I created two WorkA
pps - but I keep getting a notification that they need a lisence. I am not sure how to correct this.

Everyone you share with has to have a Smartsheet License. Otherwise, you'd need to acquire the WorkApps Collaborator Pack to share it with anyone who doesn't have a license.

A Report will automatically Sort based on your Report criteria as new rows are added to the source sheet. (See: Build a row report<\/a> & Sort Your Report Results with Report Builder<\/a>)<\/p>

<\/img><\/a>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\nWhat I would personally do in this instance is add a helper column in my destination sheet that does a quick check into your Source sheet. For example:<\/p>
=COUNTIF({Unique Column Source Sheet}, [Unique Column]@row)<\/p>
Then if this formula returns 0 (the current row does not have a matching value in the source sheet), you can set up a couple of automations based on this helper column... for example Conditional Formatting<\/a>, or exclude those rows from your Report<\/a>, or a daily automation <\/a>to move those rows<\/a> to an Archive sheet. <\/p>
