Downloading multiple files shows wrong file timestamp (7 hours in the future)
Downloading a single attachment from Smartsheet shows the correct file timestamp.
But, downloading multiple files shows the File Modified date of 7 hours in the FUTURE. Another time, it was 5 hours in the future. The attachments were PDF's.
This is on a Win7 environment. The data itself looks fine (inside the documents).
This is not a Account Settings time zone setting problem. Our setting was correct (Pacific Time). Problem exhibits on multiple computers (2 people).
Anybody else see this?

Travis is currently out of the office, but I wanted to let you know that our developers have found out what's behind this. In our database, everything is stored with GMT timestamps, and then on the account end it's translated to your local time (the date you see in the "modified" section of the Attachments tab). When downloading in bulk, the zipped files are skipping the "translate database timestamp to your local time" step, and are showing the GMT time. I don't have an estimated time for when this will be resolved, but we're keeping tabs on all of the reports of this issue and the thread will be updated when the issue has been fixed.Thanks!

Hi, <\/p>
Add a \"Created By\" column in your sheet and turn on \"Required smartsheet login to access your form\" in your form setting. So that whoever fills out the form, their email id will be automatically captured in \"created by\" column. This will replace your \"Requestor Name\" column. <\/p>
