Lookup on a form?

Hi all,
Is there a way to have a date/time field on a form look up data in a separate sheet to populate itself?
I'm setting up a form for people to select a date and time slot to attend a training session. I thought about having the list in a separate sheet and then only show on the form dropdown the sessions that are still available.
Is there a way to do this with Smarthseet?
Thank you in advance!

Hi Anelise,
Unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment, but it's a great idea!
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.
A possible workaround could be to use a dashboard with the sheet on one side and the form on the other to be able to see the information at the same time.
Would that work?
Have a fantastic week & Happy Holidays!

I actually use Andree's suggestion, and it works well and has received a lot of positive feedback.

How do you know when the capacity (15 people) per session has been reached and then automatically remove that slot from the offering sheet?

I have notifications set up to alert me when we get close to and then reach capacity. I then have to go in and manually remove it.
For larger projects, I have a list that collects available dates. If someone requests an unavailable date, I have an update request automatically sent out that shows them the list and asks them to pick a new date from the available dates/times.

Try something like this.<\/p>
