请见附件。

我需要帮助计算包含感叹号(hold)或空白的列中的单元格数(参见附件:列[Response enough ?])。

我基本上想计算rfi的数量与感叹号或空白单元格在[响应足够吗?)列。

我使用了以下公式，但结果是“0”，这是不正确的。

Just add more IF Statements like above for what you need. Put all ) at the very end.
