请求访问通知
我为我们的项目管理办公室提供所有项目，每个项目都被安置在一个工作区中以控制访问，因此，我是我们组织中每个项目的“所有者”……
这种设置工作了一段时间，但现在我们正在扩大规模，我几乎每小时都会收到项目的访问请求。不幸的是，我们设置项目工作空间模板的方式，所有东西都有一个通用名称(每个项目工作空间包含18个表，3个仪表板和18个报告)。
当我收到访问请求时，我只看到“Bob请求访问Project Plan”。因此，对于每个请求，我都需要跟踪Bob，看看他需要访问什么，弄清楚Bob是否应该访问他所请求的内容，然后让Bob访问整个工作空间，而不仅仅是请求的一个工作表/报告/指示板。
我们的项目经理每周都会发送标准的项目电子邮件，其中包含到项目仪表板的链接。这些电子邮件被转发，这是自动请求开始的地方。
是否有办法关闭我们公司账户的“请求访问”功能?理想情况下，我想有人不得不给他们的项目经理发电子邮件访问，而不是试图自动化的过程。
什么好主意吗?
