我有一个工作表,返回请求的数量为给定的一周,我已经设置了一年的工作。我的设想是创建一个图表来说明每次运行三个月的请求值。我想图形自动更新,使范围始终显示最近三个月。换句话说,图表将显示12周的数据,并每周向右移动一周,以便一周减少,并在范围内添加另一周。这可以在Smartsheet中完成吗?在我看来,这是可能的Excel与滚动图表使用偏移功能。

    水平移动是不可能的,但垂直移动是可能的。

    使用单个日期类型列。把你的日期写在这一栏。您可以使用公式来自动确定实际日期,以包含您想要的任何范围。在下一列中,您将在其中放置引用日期单元格的指标,而不是在其中硬编码日期。

    设置图形,使用第一列作为数据标签。随着日期的变化,您构建的表中的日期也会随之变化,这将依次更新图表上的标签以及度量数据本身,以反映所需的范围。
