COUNTIF & Multi-Selection下拉菜单——计数多个条目

我的数据输入表有几个列是多选择下拉。对于我的Metrics摘要页面，当用户选择多个选项时，我很难使用COUNTIF。

Multi-selection下拉菜单中的选项示例:

  • 苹果
  • 梨
  • 葡萄
  • 香蕉
  • 其他

我需要指导如何在选择多个选项时构建标准，例如Apple & Pear。我想要的苹果和梨要成为一个不同的计数，不要计算Apple或Pear在范围中单独使用的所有次数。

使用所示的数据集，我应该得到以下总数:

  • Apple - 1(不是4，这是范围内的总数)
  • 梨- 1(不是3，这是范围内的总数)
  • 葡萄- 2颗
  • 其他- 1
  • 苹果梨- 2
  • 苹果香蕉- 1个

If you have a unique ID (like ticket number) that is in both sheets, you could use DataMesh if you have access to that or cross sheet formulas to pull in the data you want based on the matching unique ID.<\/p>
