@JeremiahHorstick- is this how your integration is working (Data Uploader)? or are you using Zapier? or are you using r 'Live Data Connector' from Smartsheet? a mix? please tell! Would love to get a sense if it works with QB 'Projects' and "Estimates'.

Would you be able to elaborate a little more how you integrated the two?

I work for a logistics company and we are hoping we can send info from smart sheet (i.e Broker name, rate, pickup and dropoff location,etc) to Quickbooks, To create an automated invoice , that from there gets sent to brokers billing dept. Did you create your own software, or did you use an Automation program? Currently I have seen Zapier be the best suggestion and also looked at Tray.IO

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It depends on which version of Quickbooks you have. Which version are you using?

Does it have to be automatic, or would it work to have a manual import step?

I have the same question as@Andrée Starå.

What version of QuickBooks?

For Desktop I recommend using the CDATA driver which we have implemented with a desktop client, for QBO we use the SS & QBO APIs.

One of our early attempts we use Zed Axis which is a power tool in conjunction with Smartsheet's Live Data Connector (ODBC data source).

I can elaborate upon request. They are all great tools depending on your specific use case.

We do & have delivered both QuickBooks Desktop & QuickBooks Online integration services for a number of different companies.

We have only delivered tailored solutions to date, but are planning to release a self-service application at scale this year.

Hi@JeremiahHorstickI want to have high level summary data (related to invoices, POs, etc.) automatically import into Smartsheet from Quickbooks. I see how Zapier can help with this, but do you further details on how it can work with SS API? You mentioned above that you have a demo?

@SummerSWe install a remote connector on the QB machine and send the data up to Smartsheet through our secure integration server. We provide aggregation on our server or use standard QB report aggregation straight from QB.
