    image.png

    除了每个单元格不超过4000个字符(包括空格)的标准外,我还没有看到下拉菜单中对字符长度的任何限制,但如果超过了这个标准,就无法在不收到错误消息的情况下保存工作表。

    我知道输入不同选项的数量是有限制的,但它是数千个(甚至可能是数万个,但我已经有一段时间没有进行测试了)。

    @Andree Stara@Genevieve P@Mike Wilday您是否知道下拉列表中的单个字符串是否有字符限制,或者对于可以用作自动化触发器的内容是否有字符限制?

    我没有遇到任何挑战,但我们的下拉选项通常非常短。

    @Brandee Pak@Paul新来的

    我为耽搁道歉!

    我做了一些测试,我可以确认当一个下拉值超过100个字符它不会作为一个选项出现在工作流中。我检查了我们的支持团队,这是注意到的预期行为-触发值将需要低于100个字符。

    听起来你可以缩短你的值,这太棒了!作为一种替代方案,您可以让一个列带有一个简短的下拉值(例如“YES”和“NO”),然后用一个辅助列描述YES或NO表示什么。

    欢呼,

    @Genevieve P谢谢你提供的信息!我也喜欢使用更短的选项和“描述”列的解决方法。

Hey @SkiPatrolScott

Yes, you can use an existing summary field in another summary field within the same sheet. You can either click into the formula field of the existing formula to add to new formula, or type out the field name. Summary fields use a # in place of a row indicator. Using your example from above:

=new formula =[SS-Result1]#-[SS-Result2]#

If this doesn't make sense, help me understand where I lost you and I will try to explain it better.
