Smartsheet Form fields and emails

inSmartsheet Basics

Is there a way to only show fields that have content in an email/approve or deny email. I have several forms that have logic built in and have fields that are not viewable on the form but all fields show in the emails. I seem to remember this is an option, just do not remember how to get there.

    Yes, there are two options.

    • Use the Placeholder feature and the Message only option
    • Change Message Includes: to Links to sheet and specific fields (see screenshot below)
