Copy rows to another sheet - attachments not copying

inSmartsheet Basics

I've got an automation which copies a specific type of invoice to another sheet once approved. On other similar automations the attachments go across no bother, but on this one it worked once and then stopped!

Any ideas?

In your case, I think the following should work:<\/p>

=COUNTIFS({Customer Escalation Region}, $Region@row, {Customer Escalation Request Reason}, \"Close Gap\", {Customer Escalation Request Date}, WORKDAY(TODAY(),-1)<\/p>

This will do the check for yesterday, skipping weekends. Public holidays aren't automatically in there, but you can add these as per the link.<\/p>
