我们正在使用其中一个模板来跟踪一个项目。我们在最低级别跟踪% complete,然后使用父级累计% complete。我们在父% complete中看到一个非常奇怪的错误。我附了几个例子来说明这个问题。您可以看到,累积的成本与总成本的完成百分比并不相同。

    我在Excel中重新进行了计算。问题是(正如我所使用的),“%完成”只是孩子们总天数的加权平均值。不同的任务在不同的持续时间内具有不同的货币价值,这一事实使这种假设不正确。我将不得不调整所有的“BCWP[$]”为“=sum(children())”,因为每个任务有一个非常不同的$/工作日。

Are your date fields contiguous (all side by side?). I'm assuming they are. If not, each date field will have to be added to the COUNTIFS individually<\/p>
