Azure DevOps to SmartSheet - Updating a Row in SS when DevOps changes
Now that Automate.io is going away and they worked out a deal with Zapier, how does one update a row without knowing the RowID?
I reached out to Zapier and they said that Smartsheet is who handles that development not them.
So, is smartsheet going to allow us to locate a DevOps Ticket ID and then update that row? Like we did with Automate.io?
Or does someone know a workaround?

We can do that work also, but we don't want to spend that type of money and time. Automate.io did it without issue, but Zapier said they cannot and they blame it on Smartsheets, not their system.

Hi @Roshni Verappan<\/a> <\/p> 1 . DataMesh adds new rows to the bottom of the sheet, as you've found. If you need your sheet constantly sorted, I would recommend building a Report<\/strong> off of the destination sheet to bring in all the rows from this second sheet in the order you'd like! <\/p> A Report will automatically Sort based on your Report criteria as new rows are added to the source sheet. (See: Build a row report<\/a> & Sort Your Report Results with Report Builder<\/a>)<\/p> 2 . DataMesh currently does not delete rows from the Destination sheet, no. The row in the destination will no longer be updated as there is no match in the Source sheet, and the Run Config will confirm that you have rows in the destination that don't match your Source:<\/p> What I would personally do in this instance is add a helper column in my destination sheet that does a quick check into your Source sheet.
