Monthly Report Naming

inSmartsheet Basics

Good morning! I have a monthly report that is autogenerated and sent out so that I don't have to go in and touch it. I love this feature, but I can only figure out a static name for the report. As the report is generated monthly I would like to be bale to identify it in the name of the report or the at least the subject line of the email that sends the report out.

Currently it is "ABC REPORT", but ideally it should read "ABC REPORT for JULY 2022"

I have a column that pulls the date using previous date formula and then extracting with formating but can't figure out how to get that info into the report header or email subject.

There is no direct way to do this. Adding a checkbox helper column with something similar to this and then formatting based on the checkbox is the simplest way. You can even hide the extra column, as there is no reason for it to be visible.<\/p>
