We used Asana in the past, and it was extremely easy to take a screenshot and then paste it directly into the comments section of a task/row. I'm not seeing any quick way to do this in Smartsheet. Is the Smartsheet process to take a screenshot, save it, and then add it as an attachment? If so, this is super inefficient. We use Smartsheet for implementation projects where our clients take screenshots during testing to give us context into issues they find. Seems impractical to have to go through the process of saving the screenshot down as a file to be able to attach it to a row in a sheet. I know we're able to take a screenshot and paste it directly into a cell in a sheet, but sometimes we need to add multiple screenshots, so that's not very helpful.
Would love this functionality! We're swapping some projects from Teams based communication and found this is a hinderance. It is much more natural to be able to screenshot and paste, rather than have to attach a file and reference it
Adding the same functionality to form submissions would also be very useful!
It would be great to be able to add a screenshot into a conversation instead of an attachment. You can cut and paste but you can not insert a screenshot.
This will helps us a lot - especially when we want to have conversation within the specific ROW tasks..... currently, we end up using MS Teams because it's easier to paste screenshots to have conversation.. and it does not get stored in the Smartsheet task row.
This is similar tohttps://community.smartsheet.com/discussion/95891/ability-to-add-a-screenshot-in-a-conversation. Can someone at Smartsheet combine these suggestions and votes?

When commenting on a row, it would be helpful if we could paste an attachment (especially a screenshot) instead of having to save it as a file first. We have a lot of conversations where we discuss what we're seeing on screen, and having to save a screenshot to a file first is inconvenient.
HalloCOMMUNITY, for me this post is crucial as well. A modern PMO Tool like SmartSheet should be able to manage thescreenshotargument.
Actually our user group prefer working with Microsoft ONE NOTE and this is really a pain because SmartSheet is more powerful.
