我正在寻找生成和维护施工打孔机时的最佳实践。

示例工作流程:你走进一个房间，最好准备好一张智能表格，指定你所在的楼层，你所在的房间，然后添加一个需要注意/纠正的项目列表。每个项目将分配给一个特定的团队成员。当你完成了这个房间，提交表格，然后对下一个房间/区域再做一遍。在完成所有房间并生成完整的属性列表后，向每个团队成员发送分配给他们的物品列表。如果适用，每个项目还将包括该项目的任何照片。

我看不出有什么简单的办法。我是否因为希望使用一个表单来收集所有这些数据而限制了自己?

如果数据在多行上，我可以利用Update Request特性。如果数据在一行上(它将如何从表单进入)，我认为我不能利用更新请求特性。正确吗?

    为了使所有信息都在一个表单中，您需要配置字段，列出可用房间的总数，然后在下拉列表或多选(为了一致性)中列出它们，例如1号房间楼层、1号房间问题、1号房间受让人等。这取决于房子里房间的数量可能会变得很激烈。您可能希望添加一个属性标识符，然后为每个属性提交多个表单。对于完整的打孔列表，我将利用报告特性来匹配属性标识符，以拉入特定位置的所有打孔列表。附件会在这里放图片。团队成员将能够在工作流中收到新分配给他们的任何内容的通知，如果项目都在一行或多行上，则可以将应用于该用户的列作为请求的一部分发送过去。

    如果存在相关性，例如所有浴室的修改都需要交给管道工保罗，那么您就可以使用逻辑公式来实现这一点，以帮助减少手动输入。

    自从我开始使用smartsheet以来，我一直在尝试这样做(以一种简单的方式)，我不得不说，这是令人失望的，没有一个解决方案。我们正在使用表单提交的检查/打孔列表与100+列/表单条目。没有一种简单的方法可以在一个视图中“收集”所有失败的项目(如下所示)，因为你不能过滤一列。我已经尝试了一个报告，但我仍然需要为每列(再次100+)添加条件/过滤器，这是疯狂的，它仍然显示该行中的所有项目，而不仅仅是具有FAILED项目的单元格。我一直在努力解决这个问题，我想回到使用谷歌文档。如果有什么我没有想到的，请分享。也许可以创建一个度量表，查找任何失败的项目并将它们拉到另一个表中?

In the Trigger section, select \"When a date is reached\",<\/p>

If you open the attachments using the icon on the right and you have appropriate level of rights to do this, you can download all. I don't know if there is a size or quantity limit.<\/p>
