Dashboard, Richtext Widget, Adding link to Smartsheet Item ALWAYS gives '#' url the first time adding referencing an item, but is fixed when re adding.
This is making my task 2 times longer. I had to point to the reference item 2x every time. Please fix.

I agree with@Paul Newcome- I'm able to replicate what you're seeing and it would be good if this is reported directly to Support so they can troubleshoot this with you in a private channel. Thank you for capturing it in a video / gif, this is really helpful!

There is no direct way to do this. Adding a checkbox helper column with something similar to this and then formatting based on the checkbox is the simplest way. You can even hide the extra column, as there is no reason for it to be visible.<\/p>
