Can't see check boxes or symbols. PLEASE HELP!!
Hello,
I hope someone out there can help. For some reason today I can't see the checkboxes on my sheet or the symbols when editing the column type. I can't see the symbols on the sheet or in the dialog box that pops up when trying to change the symbol type. I can see symbols in columns on an old sheet where the column was previously created, but if I try to create a new symbol column on that old sheet, I can't see the symbols.
My co0worker can see the checkboxes when I shared the sheet with her, and I can see them when I print - so I know they are there.
Please help!

Also, make sure a filter is not applied to the data set.

The scrollbar is all the way to the left. On some of the sheets it's not even scrolling because I don't have many columns.
No filters created/applied.

Is it a template or a report? Can you send a screen shot

Maybe you accidentally hid a column?

Ok. Now I think it may a browser issue because I opened the same sheet in IE and I can see the boxes. Anyone know how to fix this in Chrome? My browser is up to date and set to the defaults - medium font size and 100% page zoom.
See screenshots below: The top pic is from Chrome and the bottom pic is IE

When in chrome, try holding SHIFT and pressing the Refresh Spinning arrow to reload the page. Do the checkboxes appear then?

Yes! Mike, thank you! Do you mind explaining what happened there?

It's a browser caching issue. Holding shift caused Chrome to clear the cache for that page. For whatever reason, your browser's cached file wasn't loading the script to display the checkboxes. If you ever encounter a display issue with Smartsheets in the future, try holding shift and reloading the page.
