Hello, I am attempting to use forms to create a registration list. The problem is that the registration has a cap. My question is can I setup a form to send a message or not allow someone to use it after the cap has been reached?
How do I do this: I need to collect data (name, address, etc) from new clients and I have created a Smartsheet for basic data. I then email the new client with a link to the form and the client fills out the sheet. However, each client is different and based on how they answered a specific question, I have another form for…
I am trying automate pulling data entered in the form, that pulls into the sheet to then pull into a sight without using a report as the formatting is not very good, can anyone help?] I have attached a screen shot to support above. Thanks
I am working on a webform that would request actions to help track and manage contracts. Is there a way to add file(s)/attachments to the smartsheet via a Webform?
Is there any capabilities regarding populating multiple lines of a sheet from a web form? My company uses Smartsheet as an AP tool where vendors submit there invoices through the web form I created. My company has over 150 sites nationwide and over 300 globally, so some vendors we have are global as well and invoice 50-100…

I was wondering if there is any way for Smartsheet to capture or populate information if we swipe a card that has a magnetic strip? I.E. can we have employees swipe their ID badges and capture their employee ID number?
I need to send out a form with default values and a corresponding field for the person receiving the form to fill out. I do not want to receiving person to be able to see the sheet the form was created from. Once the receiving person fills out the field I want them to send it back to me so their entered data will stored in…
I'm using the ticket template and want to use the update request feature. Currently it seems like the only way to do an update request is to assign it to a specific user, which doesn't make sense if you have an entire department working on tickets at different times of day. How do you request an update to a ticket (row)…
I read in an older post the when using forms you can only use values within the drop down even when "restrict to dropdown values only" is not selected. Has this been resolved yet by Smartsheet?
