It is possible to change the fiscal year to be the previous/current calendar year, vs the default of current/coming calendar year in the Gantt settings? My company uses a delayed April start. Thanks!

Hi; Is there a limit to the number of entries in a drop down list? Would a list of 1200-1500 names have an impact on performance?
