When I am trying to add several variables using =sum( formula and scroll to locate other variables, my formula is cancelled and I receive an error code. As if I can only use variables/amounts on desktop screen and not above or below.

Help, I'm trying to access an external smartsheet but am unable because I'm logged into Smartsheet with an email address that is different from the one the external ss owner sent to. After my account was originally set up, my IT group had to change my email address but it never got changed in my SS account. Any ideas? :)
