- IF Formula with Multiple Choice
Hello! I want to build an IF formula into columns when the multiple boxes has selected the right department. IF the Authorizer is marketing and finance, the emails would automatically populate in marketing and finance column. Not sure if this can be done. Would appreciate your help greatly!! - Auto-update column names in reports
Reports should auto-update when column names are changed. Currently, renaming a column in a sheet will corrupt any reports that reference that sheet column. Reports should reference the backend column ID and not the column alias in the UI.
- Adding Columns in Reports: remove search text
When adding columns to reports, once you select a column using the search text, looking for the search text go away so I can start searching for a new column more quickly. Also, looking for the search to be improved. Often takes some tweaking of a correctly spelled word for a column I know should be selectable to appear.

- Add count/sum ranking into reports to allow for better graphs
Ranking data by A to Z is helpful in minor instances but to enable ranking (lowest to highest or highest to lowest) is a massive benefit when showing data on a graph. Please can you include the feature to rank data in a report? Using cheat columns in a sheet to mimic this is a real pain and clutters up the sheet.
- Is there any way to remove/exclude conversations/discussion from a report?
It seems that Smartsheet is designed to carry over to a report all attachments and conversations associated with each row in an underlying sheet. Is there any work around available? It seems that even if a conversation column were hidden, a report viewer would be able to unhide the column. Thanks.
