The most asked question I receive from my company is @groups in conversations and in proofing. This would be a game changer and save additional time.
Hello, Is anyone else experience rendering issues with Word or PPT files they upload to proofs? Sometimes certain things on a DOCX or PPTX file don't fully render the way it looks like on the source file. It's worse on PPTX files with text and images being jumbled / misplaced. See examples attached. The current workaround…
This piggybacks on enhancement requests for using Groups in Automated Workflows. Our Marketing and Communications team has a form for employees to submit requests for the marketing material design (e.g., a flyer for an upcoming event). Proofs are uploaded to the request and the same group of people need to review and…
Hi Community! We know it can be a pain to individually type proof recipient names. So this release will simplify the proof recipient process by allowing you to choose a contact column’s contents as the recipients for a proof. We hope this saves you some time and makes the proofing process easier. This feature is available…
Would be very helpful if we could version up Proofs direct from new attachments. Often times the Teams are editing directly in Word Docs or uploading PDFs, once they are ready for approvals you can only convert to a Proof once before that function no longer works. Doesn't help when you have multiple rounds of edits...
Sometimes we have a need to remove a proofer if they are no longer assigned to a project or they were mistakenly added. We have a fluid list of stakeholders and sometimes the people added to review should be removed. I would like the flexibility to remove proofers. Thank you for your consideration!
Make it possible to download proofs as a pdf including all markup and comments.
We are trying to use the proof function to gather feedback on our UI. We are uploading a series of images showing a complete UI action. Is there a way to reorder the sequence of the images attached e.g. move the second image to the first place?
It's beneficial to know when a proofer has selected the approve or requires changes button. If a comment is not left, then it's unknown when the proofer selected the button. I great feature is to add the time stamp next to the proofers name when hovering over the status at the bottom of the annotation panel.
Give sys admin ability to change default behavior in proof invite to not have "allow reviewer to download file" checked by default.
