I also tried changing the function from the number column between a YEAR( formula and a LEFT( formula that produced the year a different way. But it seems that the = sign was necessary in the countif formula for both…

@Paul Newcome you are awesome. I was doing Andree's suggestion above which worked for a straight number, but not when the number is produced by a formula in the column. But yours worked! Thank you.

And I am trying to add the {{Placeholder}} into the body of the notification message at the bottom. Why would adding in a {{Placeholder}} work for a run workflow right away, but not for a workflow run weekly?…

Thank you! I was able to create a metrics sheet and use the column headers as the independent variables on the x-axis. The charts widget on the dashboard are very touchy.
