Hi There, Not sure if your account is new, but you might still find "Resource Views" within Smartsheet, even in the business plan that you can leverage on. I have attached a screenshot. You can create a view to see all users in your Smartsheet account and their allocation across projects. The best way would be to go for…

Hi James, It is a good question, however, at the moment, you can only have attachments as a trigger to start a workflow (i.e., attachment added or attachment changed) rather than using it in a condition to route your workflow. You can have a column to confirm that an attachment has been added to remind people to attach a…

Hi There, You can't really auto assign a request based on availability. However, a workaround could be to create an automation workflow to assign new requests by a parameter, for example, any requests for Application 1 can go to one person while Application 2 goes to another. Hi Oscar, You could consider using update request workflows and not give sheet access to any of the groups. However, it really depends on how and when the external collaborators will interact with your solution. Happy to schedule a call to understand more and guide, if you're open to it. You can reach me at…

Hi Trent, Contains looks for the value to be part of a larger value/string. For example, if the value was Product# 1000460, you can use Contains and "1000460" to get the value in the filter. The better option would be to use "is one of" or "is equal to"

Hi Mirelle, When applying the global update to modify the column, right under the selection of the column name, there are two checkboxes. One to change column property and the other is to change column cell data. Both are checked by default. To ensure only the new dropdown values are pushed and no existing values are…

Hi There, The hard answer is no, you can't at the moment. If there is a blank value, it gets skipped, thereby leaving a gap in your line graph.
