  • We're in the same boat. We can't get data out unless with export to csv then manually import. Sales indicates that a connector will work but it doubles our smartsheet spend and we can't see it work before we buy. Zapier is too limited. It can help you kickoff new projects, but that's about it.

  • On your dashboard, if you click Add Widget and then Image, you can add an image to your dashboard. I've seen no way to overlay text onto an image. I'd like to be wrong about this.

  • It may not exactly answer your question, but to get around this I usually publish the dashboard (clicking the globe) and provide the published link in a weekly email. The engagement went way up when Leadership stopped having to log in.
