RossL - I apologize. I did not see your request. You can see from the image that the [QuarterYr]# is not working. Also, I want to shift the Pad Inspection...Range to Pad Inspection [Loc...]:[Loc...] Format because setting it up as a Range does not work as Field Officers add more and more Rows.

I hear you. But that would be a shame. The date of the attachment or the data the case is recorded in a row could be days or weeks after the event as is in this case. I was able to change it by switching the type of field structure from automatic to just date. I am starting to wonder if I should not leave it at date. Thank…
