My end users reported this issue to me. They do not have Smartsheet accounts and only have the link that I sent to them. I've confirmed the issue by accessing the dashboard via the link, and also when I'm logged into the dashboard and select "preview" in the publish option window.

The timezone in my "personal settings" is set to EST, which is correct. The actual Smartsheet shows the correct time (EST) and the Smartsheet report shows the correct time (EST), however the published dashboard (web "link") shows the time as PST (3 hours earlier.) Yes, there was an extra one. Thank you. I found by removing the "=" in front of TODAY(-1), it seems to have solved the problem. I will be able to validate the total when I get to the end and do a summation of all locations.

Thank you, again! I sincerely appreciate your help. I've tried removing the comma and it still remains as "unparseable". Sigh.... I feel like I'm so close to having this....do you have any other suggestions? :)
