I have now lodged a bug ticket and I have found a workaround - by creating a column to do the hierarchy count and then running the if statement on that column. very weird.

I'm going to ask a simple silly question. are they really deleted? I thought I had accidentally deleted a bunch of rows a while ago. when what had really happened was that they had relocated themselves down the sheet a long long way - can you run a sort on your source sheet to confirm that they are not hiding somewhere?

Thanks so much - somehow there were 130 blank rows were inserted in the middle of my dataset.

Thanks Genevieve, After lots of playing around that is what I had figured, but I hadnt managed to find the article that confirmed my issue. a manual process it is then.

A value of 1 would also be true for the condition you have written for Yellow, so the IF statement stops there. swap the green and yellow ones arounds so the if statement encounters the Green condition first and only moves on if it is rejected.
