  • SOLVED - She was in my deactivated users list. I wasn't aware that wasn't a part of my "all users' list, but that makes sense now. Sorry, new at this!! Appreciate the help!

  • I found her listed in a sheet. But she is not on my main user list, and I can't look/edit her user permissions from the sheet directly.

  • This is unacceptable. The reactivate user button keeps throwing up errors. The only way I have been able to get around this (because smartsheet support is NO HELP) is to delete the user and add them back in. Now - I am at a standstill.
