Fair point! It was still looking at the sheet in the template set. I've changed it to the same row, but in the 'actual' project intake sheet and still no joy.

Hi Andree, Thank you for your response. I think it may work, however, I'd have no idea where to start with a VLOOKUP. I've never done it before and I don't know how/where I'd use it.
