Have you thought of creating a metric sheet that pulls this information together and will show it how you like?

When you set up your document as an editable PDF (in adobe or Nitro or whatever one you used), did you check the document setting to that field?

I create a metric sheet and use a formula to count up what your key identifier of each are.

Do you have a visual of what you are trying to do, it doesnt quite make sense to me. Also if you are trying to do a formula from with multiple people in a cell you would need to double up the task and have them allocated separately. KL
