  • Creating a column with the value() formula will remove the currencies from the number. You could even do an if, then statement to say if N/a, then 0, otherwise value(cell)

  • I figured out the issue. Smartsheet wasn’t allowing me to copy sheets where I had it set to run hourly or daily instead of when triggered and I was using a column name in the subject. I believe you used to receive a warning about that, but I haven’t received any so I thought it was now allowed.

  • I've only been able to make that work when I'm using forms to add data. Formulas will auto-populate but values won't. And unfortunately, you can't put formulas in a contact column.

  • Instead of using the template, I had to have my templates live as sheets and when I File > Save as new the setting is retained. I was told by support that it wasn't a bug, but the way the system is created.

  • You could use the one sheet to house the data and create 20 reports for the data to be viewed per your parameters. We have had great success using Azuqua as a connector with other programs and to move data between sheets. I highly recommend if you go with that method.   • Hi Andree, I have had it set up that way and new sheets still come in with the setting set to Most Restrictive. I even just tried making a Grid only and not using the template and it was the same. I will enter a support ticket. Thanks, Brooke
