Thanks for all of the input. I was never able to figure out the problem on my own but I spoke to tech support at Engage last wee k and we finally identified that it was happening only when I performed the "run now" check on the whole document. So I had to add an additional condition

Got it! I was doing it backwards. Once I changed it to "open" as the first criteria and then the contractor it worked!. Thank you for your help @Paul Newcome =COUNTIFS({QAR KPI Data Range 4}, "open", {QAR KPI Data Range 3}, labels@row)

allow for an easy way to setup booking feature within the form. My field teams allow contractors to scheduled desired dates/times for inspections however I am having to build a complex work around instead of a simple booking addition that would eliminate options as they are selected.
