Hi @Andrée Starå! I'm also curious about this, also. I don't believe it has been resolved. At the very least, is there a way to see what sheets and automations the user is connected to? This is also an issue when someone is replaced. Is there a way to update an old user with a new one?

Hello @Genevieve P.! I have a similar question. If I log out of my SS account (that I am the owner and admin of) can I log into a client's account as an admin or a role that gives me full creation access on their account with the same email address? If so, what are the cleanest steps? I need to be an admin (I think) in…

Hi @Andrée Starå ! I'm interested in this resolution, as well. Were you able to figure it out? I have a similar need. At this point, however, it is just for two sheets vs. four. Thank you, as always!! -Kathrine

Thank you. Bummer on that. I guess I will just use the VLookup and add a column. Appreciate you answering so quickly! Have a good week, yourself. -Kathrine

However, when the data from the form populates the sheet it stays as text vs. turning it into a contact, complete with email. This is a problem…

This is a problem for us, too. I've submitted an enhancement request. @YBerkovich a possible work around is to number your dropdown list. That works for us but you have to be sure to do it on the outset, otherwise you have to manually make the change to each row.

I don't know how, but something I did made it work! Thank you for your help.
