I would have to say my family and friends! First, my desire to provide stability for my family has made me realize I need to stop settling for less-than-par jobs simply because I am comfortable. Second, both my family and friends give me the confidence and support to go after jobs that I probably never would have otherwise!

Hi Paul! Using the filter, I discovered that I had a collapsed child rows that had Statuses of Complete and In Progress! Now I am receiving the correct results in my formula!

Hi @Paul Newcome I have disabled all of my conditional formatting and have ensured that I do not have a filter on, but I am still getting incorrect results for my "Completed" and "In Progress" counts.

Hi @Phil Wightman The formula is looking at the correct range. I want the formula to look at the Status column and provide the total count of each status. I double checked the column and I should only have a total count of 3 for "Complete." The result I'm given with my formula is 4. =COUNTIF(Status:Status, = "Complete")

I figured out my own solution: Added a helper checkbox row and used a formula to identify duplicates in the "Parent" column: =IF(COUNTIFS(Parent:Parent, Parent@row, Parent:Parent, NOT(ISBLANK(@cell))) > 1, 1) I then set up a workflow with the logic "If "Duplicate" column is checked, copy row." I copied the rows to a helper…

Hello! Just to close the loop on this - turns out there were hidden tabs on the Excel spreadsheets I was being provided. When I ran the Data Shuttle, it was reading the information on the hidden tab, not the tab I was seeing/needed. Once I removed the hidden tabs, Data Shuttle worked as expected!
