  • @Colin Herrera Thanks for the screenshot! I'll keep you posted if I'm able to create something similar!
  • @Colin Herrera I'm in the process of building out something similar to what you noted. Can you tell me if it's working well for you? Are you willing to share a sample at all of how your sheet is set up?
  • @Andrée Starå - what do you mean by this, "Send an alert with the link to the attachment. (If you use the message only option, it wouldn't include the link to the sheet)" ? The only way I was able to find a way to send an attachment without the sheet link is if I select to send the row, but then it's not automated.
  • @Thanh H - I came on here because I noticed the same thing last week, but hadn't gotten around to contacting support yet. Please let me know what you find out! My workaround is using this for now: https://connectors.smartsheet.com/c/salesforce/login
  • I have this issue with Dynamic View constantly, to the point where the team calls it the spinning wheel of death. Are there plans to speed that process up @Genevieve P ?

I've tried to condense formulas and formatting, and also tried separating the formulas into different columns so they are…
  • @Genevieve P - The sheet I'm working on has a number of formulas to guide the user in what to do next in the sales process. i.e. if A is complete, the user will get a message stating, "move on to step B and complete the following form", etc. The formulas also check to ensure that Steps A, B & C are complete before the user…
  • @Kate Winter & @Genevieve P - I'm having a similar issue. I have one column (number of cases) setup with cross-sheet formulas that gives the total number of cases per client, then I have a helper checkbox column with a formula that checks the box if the number of cases column is greater than 1. I have my workflow setup so…
  • I'm in the same boat! I have a sheet that has a lot going on, DataMesh, Dynamic View input, cross-sheet formulas, conditional formatting, and a number of columns with "in sheet" formulas (5 of which were created because we ran out of space in one column and had to separate the formula out). I would love insight into what…
