The latter. After a lot of trial and error, this ended up doing the trick^^

Thanks, @Paul Newcome. Where would I insert the reference. This is where I'm at so far: =COUNTIFS({Data Center_Data Submission Status Range 1}, Medical:Medical, 1))

@Andrée Starå Did a solution for this get figured out since this thread a couple of years ago? We're looking for this same/similar thing where we can have items on the calendar view have the ability to generate an Outlook Calendar meeting invite based on the dates on the Smartsheet item. Tyler

@David Joyeuse Thank you for the response, David. I do have a couple questions if you're willing to take a look at my sheet? I think it would be easiest to nail this down if you're looking at what I'm looking at. Let me know at[email protected]and I can invite you to this sandbox sheet I have. Thank you so much!

Thank you, @David Joyeuse. That did the trick!

I think that did the trick! Thank you!

Thanks @David Joyeuse, I think we're getting closer, but as you can see below, the formula is not taking into account that I only want it to flag the name(s) that has shown up 3 times or more. The way it's working now is the flag turns on no matter what name is being counted...
-
Thanks for the quick reply, @Kelly Drake! However, the flag is getting marked even if the contact's name is only showing up twice...
-
@Jason Tarpinian How about an IF/COUNTIF formula for an automatic flag when a contact's name appears in the Contact column for a 3rd time? (incident tracking report)

@Paul Newcome Would you mind posting a screen shot of the workflow for this so I can see how this would work for what I'm trying to accomplish? I basically want people to be notified if 6 days have gone by without a row being modified. Thanks!
