So we solved this for our customer in China, by just setting up the account in the UK for them. However the issue has reappeared for someone in India, who is trying to reset their password. Surely this is a known bug??

So we fixed this by simply creating a new account for the customer from the UK, then sending them the password. They got in no problem.

actually this could be the case with our customer as well. As they are both new users to smartsheet. Can you give some detailed steps of how you resolved this?

Ah yes they did, very helpful. Our customer says they are using a VPN, but still not able to access. They are going to try and reinstall it and see what happens.

Turns out this is because the users affected are based in China. Currently Smartsheet is blocked in China.

We are having the same issue, and have tried all the browser options etc.

Hi Andree, Thanks for the reply, nope that doesn't work. Both paste and paste special options are greyed out in SS.
