Drew Ridgway is an experienced technology professional currently serving as a Sr. Product Readiness Manager on the Customer Excellence, Global Shared Services Team. He sits at the intersection of Smartsheet’s Product & Engineering and Worldwide Field Teams to assist with strategy and enablement on new and existing product releases pertaining to Smartsheet’s Triple A (Authentication, Authorization, and Administration) product pillar. This is Drew’s 3rd time participating in ENGAGE, and this October he’ll have achieved a tenure of 5 years with the Smartsheet organization.

As a Senior Product Manager at Smartsheet, my focus lies in authentication, authorization, and user/group/directory integration. My mission is to ensure Smartsheet platform security for our customers while maintaining user-friendly interfaces.
