Kati leads the Product Marketing organization at Smartsheet. Product marketing is the driving force behind getting products into the market - and keeping them there. Her team tells the innovation story, spotlights and engages with our customers to help them get the most from their use of Smartsheet and shows them a clear path to the best solution. Previously Kati spent 20 years at Microsoft in several marketing leadership roles.

Miya is the VP of Product for the Core Experiences Team at Smartsheet, which is focused on enabling customers to easily and effectively create, build, collaborate on, manage and find their solutions from anywhere. Over her nearly 20-year career Miya has led both engineering and PM teams across Microsoft, Nordstrom, Cisco and now Smartsheet. Her career has focused on both collaboration and productivity SaaS application and e-commerce. Miya is passionate about equal education for women and people of color and about diversifying tech leadership throughout the industry.

Noah Edelstein has recently joined Smartsheet to work on our AI Strategy and Delivery as well as Content Experiences. Noah has worked on content and collaboration products for over 20 years, most recently at Adobe. Noah is a native of the Pacific Northwest and appreciates working for a local company going global.

AnabelaSarti is VP Worldwide Commercial Operations for ADP, where she is responsible for the strategic vision, growth, and innovation of the PMO support/delivery model. Her project portfolio spans across all of sales, commercial operations, and marketing where she has direct management of complex cross-businesses initiatives. Anabela joined ADP in 2002 and has held roles in sales, marketing, sales support, and sales operations giving her a unique perspective of the business and client needs driving her passion for innovation and modernizing the way we work with new world tools reducing friction, providing a customized experience while connection strategy to execution. When not working Anabela loves all outdoor activities, in the winter looks forward to skiing and has a passion for rescuing senior dogs.

Jon has been a leader in the change and execution arena for over 30 years. Originally working on change management in the financial services industry, Jon now heads up the Group Transformation and Program Office Model for Sodexo, the global leader in sustainable food and valued experiences. Sodexo operates across 53 countries, employs over 422,000 colleagues, and serves 100 million consumers each day. Jon has led a number a major transformation programs throughout his career for blue-chip organizations both regionally and internationally. His particular passion is to ensure organizations achieve their ambitions by successfully getting from Strategy to Execution inclusive of sustained deployment at the front line. Jon is British, and after several years living and working in US now lives in England with his family

Onney Crawley has held various marketing executive roles at Fortune 500 companies where she has led the growth of iconic billion-dollar brands. In her current role as Chief Marketing Officer for Goodwill Industries® she is leading a brand transformation across North America with oversight for Marketing, Brand Management, Digital, Social, PR, Consumer Insights and Corporate Communications.
