Mark Mader
CEO , Smartsheet
With over 20 years of executive leadership experience driving innovation for high-growth Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies, Mark is a recognized leader in the technology community. He has been named Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year in Technology for the Pacific Northwest, and GeekWire’s CEO of the Year. Under his leadership, Smartsheet was named Washington’s Best Workplace by the Puget Sound Business Journal, and Seattle’s Next Tech Titan by GeekWire.
Passionate about entrepreneurship and tech innovation, Mark is a contributor to media outlets like Bloomberg, Forbes, CNBC, and Entrepreneur, and has been a featured speaker at many events, including YPO Innovation Week, and the NYSE Tech Leadership Summit. He also serves as a board member of ZoomInfo, the University of Washington Information School, one of the nation’s top information science programs, and as a member of the New York Stock Exchange’s Listed Companies Advisory Board (LCAB).
A dual-citizen of Germany and the United States, he has spent considerable time working and living abroad and applies that global perspective to the products and services that Smartsheet delivers. Mark graduated with a B.A. in Geography from Dartmouth College.
Zak Brown
CEO , McLaren Racing
Zak布朗首席执行官麦克拉伦赛车,position to which he was appointed in April 2018 after joining McLaren in November 2016 as Executive Director of McLaren Technology Group. In his role, Zak has overall responsibility for the McLaren Racing organisation, including the strategic direction, operational performance, marketing and commercial development of the McLaren Formula 1 and IndyCar programmes.
After a professional racing career in the US and Europe, Zak founded the agency JMI in 1995, which grew to become the largest motorsport marketing agency in the world and was acquired by Chime Communications PLC in 2013 as part of its sports marketing division, CSM. Brown was appointed the company's Chief Executive Officer before joining McLaren.
Zak is chairman and co-owner of United Autosports and was a board member of Cosworth Engineering and non-executive chairman of the Motorsport Network. Born and raised in California, Zak lives with his family near McLaren in Surrey, UK.
Maya Draisin
Chief Brand Officer , TIME
Maya Draisin is the Chief Brand Officer at TIME where she leads all of TIME’s worldwide marketing efforts including brand, advertising, consumer and communications. In her role, Maya oversees the business divisions for TIME subscriptions (print & digital), retail, licensing / accolades, and TIME for Kids, as well as marketing and community for TIMEPieces / web3.
Prior to joining TIME, Maya was the VP of Marketing at Conde Nast, where she oversaw several iconic brands, including WIRED, The New Yorker, Vanity Fair, GQ, Pitchfork, and Teen Vogue. She was also cofounder of The Webby Awards and its judging body, The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences.
Jenn Hilber
Business Architect, Global Operations , Convergint

Praerit Garg
CPO and EVP of Engineering , Smartsheet
Praerit Garg is Smartsheet's chief product officer and executive vice president of engineering. He brings more than 25 years’ experience building large-scale distributed systems and internet services, and is co-inventor on more than 25 patents. Prior to Smartsheet, he was general manager for various identity, access, and directory services for AWS; prior to that, he co-founded Symform, a distributed internet storage startup which was acquired by Quantum. He also spent 12 years at Microsoft, as part of the original team that built Active Directory and eventually built and led a 300+ person organization that delivered distributed systems management capabilities across Windows, System Center, and Visual Studio products.
Praerit is passionate about building a product and engineering culture of innovation that scales, seeks simpler solutions to hard problems, and delivers great experiences for our customers. He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Purdue University. In his free time, he loves to travel with his family, experiencing different cultures and their food, art, architecture, and related human history.
Cynthia Tee
Senior Vice President Of Engineering , Smartsheet
As SVP of Engineering, Cynthia supports the teams that build Smartsheet’s customer experiences. Prior to that she was VP of Technology at Nordstrom supporting commerce services. She has over 25 years of experience building software as well as leading teams in consumer applications, operating systems, e-commerce, and SaaS. In 2015, she took a detour from her engineering career and became the Executive Director of Ada Developers Academy, a software development training program for women, trans and non-binary people. She tripled the size of Ada’s program, graduating over 120 diverse software engineers from marginalized communities. Cynthia is committed to building inclusive teams and empowering women and marginalized people in tech. She is a professional facilitator for the Ally Skills Workshop, a program that teaches people techniques to make their workplace more inclusive, and she is on the advisory board of Inclusology, a SaaS startup dedicated to making the workplace a more inclusive place for all employees. Cynthia is proud of her Filipino-Chinese heritage. In her spare time, she teaches and practices aerial arts.

Eric Bergman is Sr. Director of Product Management for Smartsheet. With over 20 years of experience in Project and Portfolio Management Eric leads our PPM product team with responsibility for Smartsheet Control Center, Dashboards, and Work Insights.
Skye Bacus

Skye Bacus is the Director of Product Management for Brandfolder and serves on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Product Foundation. Her career has focused on enabling people to live their best lives and do their best work in the healthcare, work efficiency, and marketing automation spaces.
Shay Reed
Energy Buyer , Costco
Shay Reed manages the Global Energy Purchasing team and energy strategy at Costco Wholesale, a Fortune 50 company. She brings over three decades of experience to her leadership role, having held numerous managerial and frontline positions within Costco. Her expertise in data, workflow processes, analytics, places Costco Wholesale at the forefront of optimizing and implementing potential energy cost reduction strategies, clean energy transformation, alternative energy technologies and pathways to lower environmental emissions.
Darin Schnitzer
Director of Project Management , Innocean
Darin has over 20 years of project management experience working on some of the biggest brands in advertising and marketing. He has proudly managed several of the most well-known product launches for Taco Bell as well as top ranked Super Bowl spots for Hyundai, and everything in between. Darin thrives on solving the challenges presented by rapidly changing technology and the unpredictability of human behavior using digital tools and teamwork.
Currently at INNOCEAN, Darin leads a team of 20 + projects managers, working across automotive, QSR, and mobility verticals.
