Allow others to access your private Brandfolder without setting up an account.

Setting up aSimple Passwordallows others to access your private Brandfolder without setting up an account. You can set the password to be whatever you want. You can also change the password at any time.

Setting up a simple password

  1. Select thePrivacybutton in the Admin controls bar.

  1. Set your Brandfolder toPrivate.
  2. Check the box next toEnable Simple Password.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. SelectUpdate Privacy Settings.

Simple password experience

  1. Users who visit your Brandfolder must selectI have a guest password.
  2. Then they will input the password you provide.
  3. Select,Sign in.

Users logging in this way will appear anonymous in your analytics/Insights.
