Reporting expenses helps budget and track project related hard costs.

Expenses are any non-labor related project costs. You can track both reimbursable and non-reimbursable expenses.

Add an expense

To add expenses:

  1. 在你的Personal Page, clickTime & Expensesand then clickExpenses.

  2. SelectAdd an Expense.

  3. Fill out the expense form. Include the project, phase, date, and an Expense Category if there is one.

  4. ClickSubmit for Approvaland then clickSubmit.
